I'm 24 and moving to Phoenix in a few weeks. I'm looking to get a moderately cheap (300-600 per person) house/apt (prbly in the Tempe area) and turning it into a PUA bachelor pad. Ideally I'd like to find 2 or 3 financially stable bros with whom to share the house/apt, party, and of course wing downtown/Tempe... kinda like a frat house, but classier and more mature (at least slightly ) I'm really interested in self/social development and will push whoever is living with me to become better and expect the same in return.
