Hey guys I just snatched cheap flights to Birmingham for mid. January.
That will be my second trip to UK and first to Birmingham.
I would be drinking some fine English (or not )beer and maybe meeting some fine british ladies

I would like to ask - what are the best spots for nights? Any particular bars/pubs that are popular at the city centre? Where should I head out on weekdays (I would be visiting monday to thursday)

PS: also any good pubs for beer fanatics (wetherspoon was good last time I was in UK) ?

PPS: I heard there are sales time at January in UK is that correct or mid to late January is too late for that? Would like to do some shopping at the famous Bullring

Mid january will be fine for sales, though most of the stuff goes very very early in january. I wish I had more to say but I'm not from Birmingham and your thread looked dead as hell lol. Birmingham is the 2nd biggest country in the UK though, so should in theory be very target rich
