| So as I've been reading PUA materials and trolling around forums for years I've come to the conclusion that all of our HB rating systems are either highly flawed, overly simplistic or generally useless.
I propose a new system based on categories of approach style. HB's can be all over the place in terms of looks, and they can also be all over the place in terms of availability as a target. We need one system that consideres both these aspects.
The problem with sayin HB9 is that one mans 9 is another mans 6. And one HB10 can be a total wall flower, while another can be a total man eater. It's just not enough info.
Here's what I propose, the additional notation of an A-F grading. This system assumes that you will be judged by your target, and as such she will place you on a social ladder and treat you accordingly. Your job is to properly identify where you stand in relation to your target, then use that as leverage in your approach.
A (Aphrodities) - this is any girl that has seemingly higher social value than you. Regardless of looks, you will have to work to get her. Most girls will fall into this category for AFC and beginner PUA's, but since most of us never actually see the girls as described, it speaks to the type of approach necessary to win her over - you must build value before any attempts to build rapport.
B (Bitches) - This is your run of the mill girl of seemingly equal social value as yourself. She may be hot as hell, or maybe just sexy enough that you want to fuck her. Your approach either way is "dissarm first, then build rapport, then demonstrate value". Once you are A to her, then you are much more likely to succeed.
C (Chasers) - This is any girl who wants to stand in the back row and be picked out by you. She already finds you attractive, but she also finds every other attractive guy in the room just as enticing. She is waiting for one of you to singler her out and start the chase. Otherwise she is just going to assume you are either a wuss, or more interested in someone else. BS is low here, but every insecure girl brain comes with a dash of disbelief. Approach type "flatter, build rapport, then rapid kino escalation"
D (Desperates) - This is any girl who is out to find a guy, just like you. She isn't concerned with your social value, she is armed only with a set of standards. If you meet them, you are in, all you have to do is be man up and make a move. Approach type "cocky funny first, then rapid kino escalation"
F (Followers) - This is more or less the social bottom of the barrel. But all of us once in a while need a good ego boost. This is the cute puppy dog friend that follows the Aphrodities around trying to spunge off their greatness. The mindless cock blockers that want to ruin your night so they can gain a few points of noteriety in the eyes of their fearless leader. They are easilty manipulated but their goals only revolve around their betters. There are two approach types as they will behave totally different in their group vs out. Approaching IN group "Neg Aphroditie, build rapport with group, flatter target, build value, seperate". Approaching OUT of group "flatter, build rapport, Neg Aphroditie, build value, rapid kino escalation".
The only classification below these could be "I" for ignorable. But since if they aren't one of the above, you probaby could care less. But I'll mention it in case people want to use it like this:
"So i was out at a bar, I was focusing on this group with HB10A, HB9C, and an HB6I."
Hopefully this will help the community better describe targets without all the assumptions that result in long threads of clarification of what "HB8" really meant.
