Depending on how close you are to the person, I'd say something like...

"Good, I don't like rolling over on teady bears in the morning." Maybe give a little smile or wink at the end.

I'm not buying this whole text thing. It seems to me you've been posting this same basic text convo in slightly different varieties on diff threads. Is this even really going on?

Here's the bigger issue. Why are you sticking to Facebook messaging. You will never generate attraction like that because there is so much downtime to fade anything you create.

At a very minimum, start a IM Convo with her.
Next up is Phone convo.
Or even better an actual meet.
