I have these sunglasses I wear and change my appearance. I know that you need to have a item that girls will remmember you by so should I wear them to a party? Also, when talking to a girl your interested should you neg her by keeping the glasses on or taking them off so she can look into ur eyes.

Yes, wear them to a party, even if it's at night. (Give us a picture of them too)
As for keeping them on, NEG her with them on because you're still earlier on in the M-stages (The A-levels) but when she's attracted and you've isolated her then you can take them off.

Totally, shades are great for peacocking, but wearing shades during a conversation is a barrier to communication. Eye contact yo! So important.
