You should have stopped playing beer pong, lose the game, or have an excuse to step away from the game for some time. You were only using beer pong as an excuse to not approach her. Next time use the 3 second rule.

Its important to remember that, drinking and social events have two catagories for a pua. Out with the boys to have fun, and sarging. If your out to sarge women then you shouldnt allow anything to monopolize you, or your time. A PUA/Alpha male makes the rules. Now if you were playing beer pong with your buddy's then fuck it shes an hb9 there are tons of them, there is only one rye. You were probably getting eye contact because you were having fun, and didnt look needy. This is attractive to women.
All that said, if you wanted to open her, and you really are a pua and an Alpha male you would have said fuck beer pong, im going to open this set. Doing that would have been the shit. and you could have manipulated the situation to your favor.
Ex: You already have a great time constraint.
When your buddy's start giving you shit for not playing, you can drop all kinds of lines to DHV, first of all guys are begging for you, youre the leader of men. then you can say things back to them to make them look beta, "don't cry kids, daddy will be back soon." then use them as a way to kino and connect, say something like "those guys are crazy, alot of times i love to do exactly what youre doing right now, just sit back and people watch."

I think you can come up with a little better hook opener. You need to try and separate yourself from the rest of the pack. Also don't try and number close within 20 seconds of meeting a girl. It's not the smartest move to make. Try something like "Hey you look pretty timid all by yourself in the corner of the party." she responds "Then you go into your routines." Remember with a girl by herself it's good to leave something by them on accident and try to go somewhere else in the party. When you come back for what you left behind say hey lets go, and she will be more than willing to follow you. Then you just have to continue into comfort, and finally seduction.

Remember leave her by herself for around one min. Just enough time for her to wonder where you are then you come back. Any longer and another chump may get in your way, and you have to deal with more trouble than needed.
