So today I was talking to a couple of girls and paying little attention to the hot one except to neg her a bit. By the end of the conversation she was desperate for my attention. She was very self concious about what she was wearing and I teased her about it in a playful way, sortof to shotgun her. She kept going on about how her clothes looked stupid and she was embarrassed, and a part of me wanted to jump on the insecurity and compliment her, but I wasn't sure if that was appropriate. Is there ever a point where you switch from negs to come-ons? I used to think that calling a girl hot was a way to show you liked her, but the MPUA's often work otherwise. I have trouble working from conversation into seduction, so any help is appreciated.

In those cases often it is fun to use a neg compliment. Say something that she will assume is a negative and turn it into a unique compliment that is personal only to her. She will immediately hook and then you touch her in a subtle way to start building kino. I neg twice then ignore her, and neg complement then touch. It's a good strategy to build your game try it.
