does anyone else here issues with how they look? Like today i been comparing my appearence to other guys who are more musclular better lookin and have better physiques. I know looks dont matter ( to an extent ) but its screwing with my confidence and adding to approach anxiety.
Ive started hitting the gym in a bid to boost my confidence and better myself.

Ive had a lot of stress lately and feeling very negative, perhaps this is adding to the problem.

Maybe my inner game needs fixing or something, someone help!

Looks don't matter much for guys. Being well-groomed does.

Correct clothes can help with weight. No horizontal stripes, and stick with solids.

Chris Farley got tail and had man boobs - weight can be overlooked if you have the other parts together.

Weight with style is still ok.

Skinny/built with no style is not.

Hey, that's good. Do whatever you think will help. Knowing your physical external side of things is pretty much as good as you can make them, you can concentrate more easily on your Inner Game. :)

Yes, that sounds like an issue that needs addressing. Picking up chicks isn't necessarily the most therapeutic thing in the world. It's a challenging thing, and more often than not it requires your full attention. If your too busy thinking about the jerk of a boss you have at work or whatever, women will pick this up and be turned off. So, yeah, try finding ways to be less stressed and more positive so that when you go out to the clubs or whatever your confidence can shine through more easily. Good luck. :)

Go work out more = more confidence.

Go get a new look, new hair style = more confidence.

Peacock = more cofidence.

Chang your fashion, your look, = new life style = new person.

I've always had issues with how I look, and I'm not an ugly dude by any stretch of the imagination. I'm too average. That's part of why I peacock the way I do; it sets me apart where I am, in all other ways, average.

I'm not cut, but I've got build. I've got a sense of style and a "tribe" established. I still look in the mirror some days and go "blugh." Just roll with it. We all have ugly days.

Weight won't affect your style, but it may affect your lifestyle. Let's face it, being overweight is not healthy. You're not gonna die from being chubby but if you've got a quite a few extra pounds, then instead of loosing them for your game, loose them for yourself.

Depends on where you game in my opinion.

Im a gym freak (i currently go 7-8x a week). If youre wanting to pick up women and wanting to help them out IN a gym... i think having a good physique to back it up is important so they know that you know what youre doing.

Style is important as well, although, i dont think i have the best sense of style yet i still manage to get #s.

Most importantly, working out is for yourself. It is to boost your own self confidence which in return, may lead to better gaming on your part.

If youre going to start working out, make sure to do AT LEAST 2 months of a REGULAR schedule (2-3x weekly). Too many people flake out after a month cause theyre not seeing results. If youre new, noticeable gains dont come until 2-4 months in.

i dont think being built really helps all that much, as long as your not fat your money... i think if you have a good body you will get more looks but all looks do is get your foot in the door not close the deal

being built does help because you know you're built and so you're more confident. i'm skinny but well defined and knowing that what ever situation you get in to e.g. its pissing it down n your wearing a white t-shirt, you still look good.

But that's all it does- help. most of the time we've got loads of clothes on, and if those clothes are kl then you're sorted.

Peacocking is the greatest, i often wear a gold glittering top hat at night, and girls come up asking whether they can wear it all the time.
