Not for me no. I disagree. And I know I may get flamed for this because it is "sexist" or whatever...

I want a woman who is so confident in herself that she knows she can do anything. And she chooses to make me happy. She gets the power when I toss it to her and she has enough confidence in me to know that I WILL pass her the ball when it is best for us both. But this has it's negatives too. If you play this way then the GUY is the boss and it is REALLLY hard to be the boss. You decide lots of things you normally wouldn't and you take responsibility for WAY more than most guys do.

High rewards for High risk/responsibility/work.

I "dated" a girl who would literally do almost anything I asked. Not because she was a pushover, but because she believed that I was indeed acting on her best interest. And becuse I realized this, I did, in fact, always try to work on her best interest. Don't get me wrong... I asked her to do a lot of fun things that we both ended up enjoying ALOT but I never asked her to do anything that could end up hurting her... nor did I abuse that power that she gave me.

In the end, it isn't about who has the most power because that is just a personal choice of how you like your relationship. It IS about whether or not that other person abuses that power and their handling of it.
