The trick with girls working a bar is to not hit on them. Make conversation, warm them up, make sure that you're demonstrating value, but do NOT SOI until much later than you would with a nonHG target.
Waitresses, you just have to be interesting. Don't be a normal customer. Be off the wall, but keep from being annoying. Tip well. Make sure she likes you.
Both types of hired guns are long-game though.

Location: Bay Area California Fremont | | For strippers do not sit in front of the stage..Hang back in the back. Many will come talk to you and try to get a lap dance off of you. That is when you game them...active disinterest works really well. It also save a lot of money.
On slow days, some strippers actually sit in the back and watch other strippers.
