Girl 1: Got her number, no problem. We hung out a few times, and I didn't feel that the time was right because I didn't have enough rapport. Last we were together, alone, we flirted a lot, but I didn't see an opportunity to move in yet. Now she's keeping her distance although she talks to me on the phone and texts me, she's had an excuse not to go out the last couple times I asked. She has a boyfriend.

Girl 2: Got her number in a club, called her and opened with the vibe we had that night, laughed, neg'd, teased, which she loved. Texts, calls, everything is going great except she always has an excuse not to meet up. We have a lot of fun on the phone though. She's responsive and interested, but I don't know how to get her out.

I'm great at getting numbers, phone game seems great, but the girls are always reluctant to go out with me. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

You may already have figured this out, but I would make it clear that the "phone fun" is not going to continue unless you meet up... Show her you're a high value guy, if she's going to waste your time you've got another woman waiting. Once you've turned your attention away from her she'll either see that she has to meet up with you to gain your attention, or she'll lose interest and you won't see her again... either option is better than chasing her. (obviously it's important to vibe with her on the phone, but it sounds like you've already done that multiple times and now she's just messing with you).
