It depends a lot on whether they are from a western country or from Asia.

Since you are saying there is a language barrier, I'll assume you mean she is from Asia. For an ice breaker you can say something in their language that the average joe would not know. For example if she is mandarin chinese, you can say jokingly say something like "Ni hao, ni yao laowai nan pengyo ma?" ("Hi, do you want a foreigner boyfriend?")

The other thing you have to consider is that because of the language barrier, it doesn't really matter what you say. You have to use body language even more than you normally would. The great thing about language barriers is that you don't have to worry about saying the right/wrong things because they won't understand you anyway.

Also keep in mind that if you try and impress them with your knowledge of asian culture and your mad chop stick skillz, the initial thrill (if she's impressed at all) won't last long and you can come off as creepy or desperate. It's way better to leave bread crumbs of your talents rather than to give her the whole loaf right away.

hahaha, yeah what the user on top of me said, also id like to add that traditonal asian girls not influenced much by western cultures are very similiar to japanese girls, very reserved, not easy to get, and needs a lot of comfort before kino, if you kino an asian girl right away like a non-asian amog does normally it'd probably just scare her, so yeah do a bunch of foreplay, mr nice guy id suggest.

well as an asian I can tell you what NOT to do...assuming asian men and women are not completely different.
...don't go into ni-hao mode just because she looks asian, because if she has lived with whites for a long time that has a 30% chance of seriously pissing her off. However, it can be endearing, just be careful and dont act like a white douche bag (not sure exactly how to explain that intelligently so i'm going to use a racial slur.)
...don't remind her about how she is asian every five seconds. A girl once insisted on reminding me of my dark skin every 30 minutes (waah I hate being white, oh no I got sunburned I wish I was dark like you...Careful the angry bees are attracted to your honey colored skin...im like wtf?!) and asking me for advice concerning her relationship with her asian roommate - look lady i'm not the asian people help center, aiite? It was charming at first that she was interested in this aspect of me but soon it just got weird.
...don't admit you have a sexual fetish for asian people, unless she brings it up. Its a bit weird. After sex, do not say, I always wondered how it would be to do it with an asian girl.
