i am a waiter at a fine dining italian restaurant, and wait on hbs all the time. it is hard to game them without being unprofessional. does anyone have any tips or routines i could use while on the job.?

Drop your professional ethic and deal with them on a casual level that they understand and are computable with.

When you understand that, then start running your game around it!
