Hey forum, i'm back! and in need of some guidance.
I started "rules of the game" about a month and a half ago and got to day 10. I got caught up with exams and stopped doing the program for about a month. I now want to get back into it, but i have not been doing all the required daily/weekly excersises that i am supposed to complete for the month that i have not been on the program. Should i now restart the entire program from day 1, or continue from day 10 and start the excercises every day?? thanks

If you read the beginning of the book he basically says if you miss a few days then no problem. You just go back to the day that you were on. In this case you just go back to what you need to do for Day 10. If you feel you need a refresher go back just one day.

i understand that. the point is that i haven't been doing the daily excercises. Sure he said you can miss a few days, but it is a given that you have to continue with the excercises. That being said, should i start from day one, or continue from day 10 even though i haven't been doing the excercises for a month.
