yeah, condoms aren't always that effective. there are three things that can go wrong with them.

1) oral sex transmits disease in some cases
2) the condom leaves the base of your dick exposed due to rough sex or it not being big enough (this is what happened to me)
3) it breaks or has very small hole in it
