OK!.

so this bar i go to every thursday... there is a smokin hott bartender there and awhile back i was hitting on her hard and she knew it. well tonight months later... she was paying lots of attention to me. I thought i did well but im not sure what to do exactly since she is a bartender...

the story goes:

I acted like i didnt even know her when i sat down at the bar..i didnt look at her or achknowledge her... while i was sitting talking to my friend she threw a wad of paper at me out of no where.. she remembered me obviously.. (IOI/ wants tips). i threw it back and smiled... she wanted to play truth or dare so we played a little truth or dare after that... kind of lame. Then i asked her if me and my friends get free drinks cuzz we played truth or dare with her.. she said NO!.... 30 seconds later i order drinks and she gives them to us and says "these are on me". (i take this as another IOI)

we talk a little bit with her and then me and my friend mingle off for the rest of the night...

I got to the bathroom later and on my way out i get smacked in the ass by someone.. i turn around and it is her!!!

i put my arm around her and say "inappropraite. i wanna speak to your manager!" she laughs and i let go and walk off.

later i come up and order red bull from a guy. She comes over and gives me a red bull can and slides it too me saying " just a redbull?????????" (she says it like "you pussy just a redbull?") so since she gave me attitude i slide it back to her and say "on ice" (with attitude) so she gives me a cup of ice and slides both redbull and cup of ice back.... definately flirtatious.. i smile and part off drinking my redbull on ice... again she doesnt make me pay for the drink because she walks off first!!

later im sitting down talking to girls and out of no where she appears behind and enters the group offering shots out of a mustard looking bottle thing!

i tell her that shes crazy and i cant afford it (cuzz im driving home and not drinking much). she seems upset i rejected her and moves onto another group

anyway i didnt see her the rest of the night


she definately shows IOI's but im not sure how to approach her from here. I left the bar but next time i see her i definately want to close... any advice on this situation.. ?????????

right now im not a sucker for tips.. i didnt tip her once throughout the night.. but i dont want to appear like an asshole...

what should i do so that im still "that guy" and not another dude hitting on her and desperately tipping her??

You gave various examples where she showed various amounts of IOIs. After the 2nd or 3rd situation, I would have started running game on her.
Next time you see her, say hi. Run game. But keep using push/pull.
It will remind her that you are rewarding her by talking to her, and not the other way around.

She's used to guys doing nothing but being nice and giving her attention all day. Guys that when she talks to them sit at the bar and do nothing but try to get her attention and talk to her all night. So when you did just the opposite of that she became intrigued. Keep up the same shit you've been doing, obviously she's a bit hard to isolate being a bartender and all but maybe get her down to a less crowded section of the bar and get it rolling. After that it will be child's play.

you didnt fuck up totaly dont worry..
you showed you're not needy etc..if you want you can always go back and run game..but dont be afraid to do so this time round..keep the C&F and non-needyness going on. this time if you buy a drink dont worry about the tip seeming as a needy guy, if anything its something you just 'do'..

dont go completely alone as it will seem that you're obviously just going for her though..
