HI guys

Could use some tips and ideas.
30 years old, my physique is good.
I have noticed a young girl at the local bar couple of times, finding out the other day that she is working in the same company as me. She is 20 years old, maybe 19, i am not sure.

One night when we both were drunk she came over and we talked a little while, since then i have been out travelling for 5-6 six weeks and last week i noticed while eating lunch that she was looking at me. My female coworker noticed it, and said " daamn those girls are checking you out". After couple of minutes i turned over and noticed that she was sitting there with two friends of her.

Our company has strict rules regarding flirting and other stuff at work.

Any ideas how to pick up?
At several occasions i have shown high value, at the lunch i was sitting with 2 girls that i work with. (she doesnt know them)
2 times at the bar i was also joined by other beautiful women.

Could use some tips how to proceed?

Well the first step is to get with her outside of work... or an environment where you are with people you work with. Do you have her #?

Then, how much do you value this job? If it's providing well for you I wouldn't risk it for this one woman. Not that you could just keep it outside of work, though that is hard and women especially love drama realationship stuff.

Then if you get together and you guys break off it can create an uncomfortable thing at work.

Keeping your job should be priority one. Unless you're about to quit I'd suggest you just ignore the girl in a romantic sense and look elsewhere.
