As I was sitting in my room zapping threw the channels on tv I realized something..when I got to channel 5 there was a movie there..called a walk to remember..fuck this movie made me bummed out..as I was watching it at the same time as I was doing my workout..yeah just liffting some junk I realized something..we dont have all the time in the world..we dont have time to spend on foolish things..we need to concentrate on now, we never know when our heart stops beating we could die from cancer or die from the drive we take to work every fucking morning anything could kill us, so I sugest we concentrate on living and not worry about shit like approach anxiety cmon whats there to worry about ? I mean sure you aproach a SHB11 today, tomorrow you might be 6 feet under, so why give a fuck if the HB kicks you on the nuts? that shits temporary..why even sweat it?

Very correct, this is the line of thought that got me out of being a dumb fuck who couldn't muster up the courage to talk to women. I realized everything you just said.
