If someone wants to get in good shape what would they have to do? Work their ass off and eat right everyday. There is no other way. Sure people try and sell you shit to make you skinny but the reality is hard work and eating well is the solution.

When it comes to building this lifestyle of attracting hot women, what is the path to success? It is failure. This is the only way to success in picking up woman. No matter how good you get, you will still have failures. Get used to failures, get comfortable with failures, because if you want to become good you will have hundreds if not thousands of them. Nobody has ever made it where they are without failure.

So the question is, do you really want it? Or are you just another whiner who says he wants it, but doesn't really want it? If your not willing to crash and burn then you are not willing to accept success. If you are not willing to push your comfort limits then you are not willing to accept success. If you are not willing to be the one to go say funny shit to hot girls at the bar for the boys then you are not willing to accept success. Failing is funny, but you have to fail like a champion. Don't take it all personally, play it off.

For example, last night I went up to a girl and started talking to her. She wasn't that interested. At this point I could have walked back to the boys, but I turned to her friend and asked, "Is she rascist or something?" Then I started talking to her friend instead. Then the original girl saw that I didn't take it like a little pussy and tried to start talking to me again.

When you go out to the bar or wherever you go, if you aren't feeling it, just crash and burn on purpose a couple times just to have fun. Me and the boys were sittin at a table outside and they said they would pay for all my drinks for the rest of the night if I went up to a group of girls with a lime in my mouth and asked for a nut. Needless to say I didn't get a nut, but it was hilarious and I did bring the girls back to the boys.

Moral of the story, quit being a pussy and go fail until you get a nut.

Failing forward is the only way.

When you fail you become a lot wiser about what to do next time.

People stay stuck and stagnant because they fear failing.

And playing it safe is failure by default.
