I have been a lone wolf my whole PUA journey, there are a few male friends I have in real life, but I think I isolate myself because I can't understand their mindsets anymore. You know what I mean ? I have been telling myself that I will probably be more comfortable befriending ladies men and men who are decent with women because when we talk women, they won't be like "nah dude, girls just like buff dudes, or girls like this and this" or be all misogynistic about them like "she a bitch, she a hoe" she this she that. But I have yet to find one or at least one who isn't a typical player/misogyny type.

Not that I need male friends but it's nice to have a bro who knows where you're coming from and who can help you out without you having to rewire his brain all the time.

Oh, I have come to the conclusion that the only dudes I would vibe with would be pickup guys. The general male population...well, I can't see myself gaming with them because they would be like "oh is this really happening" abort abort abort.

I'm the opposite to you two. What Dragula found is ideal; I just know too many guys in PU who just arent fun to be around. I know SOME cool guys in PU or "ladies men," but tbh, most would only be able to talk about women with me and how long can you just talk about that? My non PUA friends may not be slayers,some are married or in relationships... but I can talk some women stuff with them. I never really need serious advice, so its ok if they cant give me that...I dont really need them to wing cause I'd just go simple direct anyway..groups dont really matter as I'd just tell the group upfront. If I introduce a friend, he's not gonna creep them out and can hold a conversation..I dont need him to do much. So I rather go out with a "simple/good" guy for a drink, talk about his marriage, work, business, movies, politics, random bs...friend: chick over there is checking you out, me: ok..talk some more, i'll go talk to her, come back, finish talking, hey man we should check out X tomorrow, cool...I guess just hanging with a friend enjoying myself and talking to chicks. Hate nights where some player dude is talking about girls and what Tyler says for 3 hours. I know some PU dudes who are well rounded and they're the best to hang with sometimes, but a decent guy who can have fun and isnt retarded is good too.

To be fair. I have met some of the creepiest, mentally fucked pick up guys too - guys trying to steal your girls and mentally drain you with defeatist questions.

I have had to dig for the good guys. Guys that I can happily leave a girl with and would say nothing but good things about me to her. As I do the same to them.

We are a bunch of lads, we make fun when we get harshly rejected (in a good way, not a put you down type of way) - 'Well, that seemed to have went well? lol '

We Thang out together, travel, go to nice restaurants, go to the cinema even when it isn't women related. I hate it when you only seem to meet pick up guys 'In the field'.

Lucky for me, I screen very well with people who are only out to fuck me over or are trying to use me for their own personal gains. That's pretty fucked but I have heard stories of PUA dudes just trying to one up each other or just talk game and game. Boring.

I guess like with all things, I will have to screen for specific people to be around me. But that's not really a bad thing. Oh well, as long as I know there are mentally stable people out there, I will continue with life as normal.
