So this coworker of mine is quite obviously interested in me. She initiates eye contact frequently and holds it for a while, and her head has whipped around at least a couple of times when I come into view. I honestly haven't seen anything quite this obvious from a woman since high school. We've spoken a couple times, once at a bar (monthly company happy hour), I told her I was leaving "Oh no, so soon? It's so early!", even though a lot of people had left.

Anyway, how could I escalate with this girl? I don't want to get friend zoned, and the whole coworker factor makes it a sticky situation. Obviously no kino until I know for sure she's into me. Wrong assumptions could bode poorly for me lol.
