After recently being turned on to the book the game by neil strauss (a book that I'm sure many, if not all of you, are familiar with) I had what can only be described as an eye opening experience as to why my social life (mainly concerning women) had been lacking. After all, being only 20 years of age, I should be out there living it up, so to speak, while I'm still in my prime. After deciding to do something about this slump I'm in, the purpose of this post is to be the first of many intended to help guide me on my own journey into the mind of the pick up artist. I decided to start with what I hope to be a relatively simple post just to test the waters of this forum and to see if any responses are worth while. At this point, any advice would help I think. So I recently got a message on myspace from a girl who I Will call "Z". We went to grade school back in the day and after running into each other at a party about a year or so ago, we ended up hanging out on several occasions alone with me being too much of a pussy to ever make any moves on her. After coming to the conclusion that this girl didn't want anything to do with me because I was so much of a social retard, I basically stopped calling her and that was that. Well, a couple days ago she sent me the following message:

Z:"It's been about a year since I saw ya last, so how the heck have ya been? It's funny because we only hung out a couple of times and then you dropped of the face of the planet, or something. Maybe I did, I don't know. Anyhow, you should get back to me sometime. It'd be cool to chill again."

Now, I know this isn't much of a lead, but I figured it was something. So before I go and fuck things up again with another girl, I thought I should get some insight on what does this girl want with me and more importantly how should I reply? Once again, any response appreciated.

u were busy cuz u were doing other more important and cooler things than hanging out with her, movies are for losers , you dont ask her if she wants to come because if you do you putting her in control, instead you telling her she is coming with you because you dominate and control her.
