Yes, have a logistical plan and then escalate super rapidly.. it's the only way to go .. the closest I have ever done to this was in college at a frat party where I saw a girl eye-fucking the shit out of me and I went up to her (she was wearing a hat) with no joke: "Nice hat, wanna fuck?" and she laughs and I said; "I just had to try it out..." 15 minutes later we were in my apartment across the street fucking. But there was no method there, just that she thought i was super attractive and she was horny as shit.

In cases where you want to start banging or getting head from chicks super quick it's more about finding a girl that is really really down or super horny, and then running extremely fast game. If you are approaching a girl that isn't already in the mood for something like that I'd be more inclined to say that there's no method that will get you those results.
