So I get an e-mail from Socialman trying to sell some dating product. They have what looks to be a screenshot of a cell phone conversation and a hot chick with big breasts doing squats. The convo goes like this:

Just got back from the gym
?
Those questions are gold....
(photo of hot chick doing squats)
Is that Kristina?
She wants to come over for a "shake"

I do a simple photo search and get multiple hits of the photo back, making it obvious this is all fake.

So I e-mail 'the social man' (some guy who signs his e-mails as 'Obi' which is confusing because I thought Christian Hudson ran the site) and state the following to him:

Nice picture.Glad you know how to download Pinterest photos:

(provided a URL link)

The link is from some Pinterest account that has a meme picture of the very same hot chick doing squats. So it's obvious Obi or whomever made the ad and supplied him with it took the pic and made a fake ad.

Now I know this industry is good at embellishing but I found it funny so I expected the Social Man/Obi to at least have the balls to respond to my e-mail.But he didn't.So I figured I would post here to put him on blast and to let the dating 'gurus' know we're not stupid and we value credibility.

It's something your going to find in every industry where money can be made.

A good while back I was looking to drop alot of weight and I can't tell you how much random bullshit I saw. Expensive pills that would change my hormones allowing me to lose weight (I was at from being lazy and eating shitty, real talk), programs saying I could exercise 30 minutes a day and eat what I want and become ripped (yea ok lol).

It's just part of society.

I agree. It is sad.But there are some dating teachers who I do trust and those are the guys I will entertain buying programs from. It's a respect thing, you know? When an ad is absolute B.S. I feel like they're insulting the intelligence of the reader. So when I catch a dating teacher in a lie I want them to be exposed.I don't have a problem with someone saying they have a great product but when they blatantly make up an entire ad/situation I am annoyed. But I suppose it makes us appreciate the honest dating teachers (not too many of them).
