I need some help.

I have been flirting with a blonde HB10 for over a month. I did not make a move as I was coming out of a long term relationship but now feel that is over with and can ask this HB10 out without feeling like I am dragging her into my past baggage.

Now, can any one give me some pointers on how to ask her out at her workplace, without embarrassing her there?

I am confident I will get a yes response based on the constant eye contact, smiling and interest given.

I am yet to come up with a smooth way to ask her out in this coffee house as it is tiny (so small you can almost hear the thoughts of everyone else).

Or is the right play here to be bold and ask her out in front of the entire place? (Or does this risk tarnishing her reputation?)

You are totally right... although -

I had the perfect opportunity this morning and piked like a pussy.

Had a plan, that if and when she brought me out my coffee specifically (which she did - after she removed her jumper on a cold morning), to hand her my phone with her name already typed in and say, 'Hey, Kendall, can you just put your number in here, so I can organize to take you out.' Then hand her my phone.

In my head it all went very well.

When she brought it out however, she passed my coffee and ensured kino by running her fingers along the inside of my hand - and I piked in the moment.

I am now thinking of just walking back in and when she asks, you back for another coffee?

I want to respond, no actually I came for something else. Pull out my phone and say, what's your number? I'd love to take you out.

I just have to man up and do it dammit!

When I ask a girl out I usually act like it's not a big deal (which it isn't). "We should hang out sometime, give me your number", while enjoying a conversation works every time if she's interested at all. Once you think about it more than it is, she does too.

I've dated/hooked up with maybe 50 women in the past year.
