Simple Question: Does Nationality and/or race of a women affect how you need to approach, game, and close?

The race, by itself, does not. Culture of course matters a lot. I mean, there is not much difference between the western modern countries, but asia, and africa are completely different. The general mindset of people are different in these cases because of the cultural reasons and you need to adopt to these to some extent.
