Okay, for all of you fuckers out there complaining about the way you look... This is going to give you a few simple but effective ways you can make yourself look your best.

Take better care of your skin-

This I would think is a give in but the more and more guys I work with, the more I see guys with shitty skin. Get some good body wash and some even better face wash. I hate to break it to you guys... But Axe Body Wash is not exactly the stuff thats good for your skin. All it does is make you smell like you are trying way too hard to get into underaged night clubs. I personally like the Dove body wash with Aloe and Vitamin E in it. It's a little bit more expensive but my skin looks awesome. I've had tons of girls compliment me on how great my skin looks and how soft my skin is.

Also, get good face wash. I can't stress this enough. Quit being a cheap ass and spend the extra few bucks on the good face wash (preferably the stuff that also can be used as a mask) instead of buying the stuff that you get from the dollar store. This isn't hard people... Treat yourself like a Ferrari. You wouldn't run a half a million dollar car through a 3 dollar car wash...

Another thing that helps with better skin is stop jerking off (believe me... It really helps you from not breaking out) and drink more water. Flush your system. I carry around a gallon of water with me through out the day and make sure its finished before I go to bed.

Get in better shape

This is something I've been working on myself and I feel that everyone should work on too. I used to be super lean and then broke my foot which prevented me from being able to lift. It's something I'm dedicating myself to again because I miss having basketballs where my shoulders should be and having nice abs for girls to rest their head on after I rock their fucking world. You don't have to look like Mr. Universe... But just get in the best shape possible. The best part about being in good shape is your clothes will fit you better. Clothes are designed to fit athletic body types.

I have some great lifting routines that you can use if you want... Otherwise, bodybuilding.com or muscleandstrength.com is a great place to find that type of shit. The information is out there... You just gotta Google it.

Also, the more muscle you have and the less fat that you have, the higher your testosterone levels will be. Hopefully, I don't have to explain how higher testosterone will help get you laid more....

Luckily, I have a bit of a red undertone to my skin so I really can get away without tanning... But if you are a pasty ass mother fucker who looks like a marshmallow, hit the tanning bed every so often. This doesn't mean get orange so look like you rolled around in Doritio's but just get a bit of color to your skin. It helps show definition when you have some color too... It makes your face look healthier so you don’t appear as if you just escaped from a concentration camp.

Brush and Whiten Your Teeth

God damn it.. I can't stress this enough either. Listen, if your teeth look like your name is Uncle Wilber and you have Zakly Breath (when your breath smells “zakly” like your ass) how can you expect ANY girl to want to talk to you or better yet kiss you?! Whitening your teeth is not hard nor is it super expensive. Get some dental trays and some hydrogen and soak those fuckers a few times a week. You will notice a world of a difference. Also, they make this shit called DENTAL FLOSS… Try it some time… It helps get rid of your food from 5 months ago that has been causing to have breath that scares away your bugs in your house. Use it.

Fix your Wardrobe

Stop dressing like your mom picked out your clothes. Dress with some sex appeal and learn how to put an outfit together. No more of the IZOD polos and New Balance shoes… Get yourself some nice threads. Take 50 bucks a week, put it into an envelope, and every month… go out and get yourself a new outfit. If you can’t afford to do that… Make more money. The whole point of wearing good clothes is so you look like a guy who atleast puts in a LITTLE effort to look like he cares about himself.

But but but Magic Man... looks don't matter D: I add: scrape your tongue, there's this so called tongue scrapers/ tongue cleaners. Bad breath comes mostly from bacteria on your tongue so scrape it off Hit the sauna if you got one in your gym or at a pool day, it does wonders for your skin. It is way better than wasting your money on creams or shit like that. This is a 50% 50% some girls like whiter skin depending where you live.
