The above quote is on 4:05minutes of the video. Honestly what Bruce Lee has to say is magnificent throughout the video, but I took the quote he mentioned because I felt it related to PUA. Hope this is of some inspiration to anyone that doubts they can change from AFC to PUA. Become water my friends :lol:

that comes with a bmw car ad. I had also unloaded it from internet because of how he is able to surprise, change mood, and also because i like the message, that you have to be in the present and flow.
