I've been studying PUA techniques for the past year and a half or so. I've used it for PU, job interviews, etc. I've been good at cold approaches even before studying PUA techniques, but I've gotten better at it and following through since then. Okay, enough intro - now that you know my background a bit, here is where I'm having trouble...
Although I feel like I'm good at verbal sarging, my e-sarging is lacking. I've tried to sarge over e-mail a few times, but I've gotten nowhere. I have another opportunity, and I'd like a little help please.
I live in South Carolina (used to live in NY then Atlanta), and I'm headed to Palm Springs in late January. My sister has an HB9 friend out in LA that I want to sarge (an actress, of course). I'll only be in LA one night while I'm there, so I need to set things up for an fclose over e-mail then phone.
So I started out like this:

I'll be in Palm Springs next month, and I plan on going to the X Club to catch a show (Friday, Jan 26). A friend and I are renting a car from the resort and driving it to the club. In case you're unfamiliar with the club, it's on X Street near X Ave. I'm curious as to what kind of neighborhood this is. Is it a nice neighborhood, or do I need to get a limo and a bodyguard?
My thinking was that I'd put into her head that she was my guide, and maybe pique her interest about the concert I was going to at some point. Her response was about what I expected, an opening:

If I was face to face with her, I could guage her better and lead into something from there. But how do I proceed over e-mail? Perhaps some kind of neg and an open question? MY goal is to lead her into a few interesting e-mail exchanges, but limited phone conversation (I have an LTR situation). Once I get her comfortable, I want to lead her into meeting me at the club.
I was thinking of negging her a bit, but I don't know how that plays out with people you haven't met or are not face to face with.
Any suggestions?
