I'm planning on putting a single braid in my hair, along with a bead to three. I know someone, on the other side of the country, who did this, and I like the way it looked. The only problem I see is that he had straight hair, and mine is curly. I'm thinking it my work off to the side, I just want to know if you guys thought it would work or not.

Man I say go for it. If it looks out of place on you and a girl calls you on it, it will open up a conversation. Like with me and my hair, there is really few people who have my hair. My stylist who is also a friend of mine does it for me, she always funks it up. I will have it all dyed dark dark brown and then I have two blonde patches one in the center and one just at the rear of my head, then there is a bright bronze boarder around the front of the blonde. Most woman love it, men on the other hand... well we all know how most AMOGs and AFCs react to style. But go for it.
