I think this is unique - it may not be. Would it work? What do you think? :

You're getting on well with a girl, you've been building attraction and comfort and she's into you; you can tell. You say, "I gotta go, gimme one sec, i'll be back in a minute" and walk off. If you were to turn back you'd be getting puppy dog eyes.

You go inside to the bar, strike up conversation with another girl and say, "Hey, I want to bring you outside to meet my friend", only thing is, you haven't built up attraction with this second girl so she's not so emotionally attached to you.

You bring her outside to meet your original target and introduce her, another conversation ensues and, all things going to plan your original target should begin to DHV and win you over - girls are jealous creatures huh? You then say to girl number 2 "I just brought you over to meet her, now I have to have a serious chat with missy here (grab girl number one's hand), so i'll see you later?"

Girl number 2 leaves and you're left with a stronger bond between you and girl number 1. Later on, out of sight of number 1, you could theoretically re-open girl number 2 with something like, "God, she's a bit possessive that "Hailey", at least you could walk away!"

All things going to plan you have 2 girls in one night?

Yes? No?

i dont really like it .. too many things could go wrong. If girl 1 ask's girl 2 how you know each other .. and she says "we just met at the bar and he brought me outside" you would look really reallllly weird

Agreed. I would simplify the routine. Though it could work well if you had a female wing who was in on it the whole time.
