Happy New Years guys...

So here's whats going on

A couple days ago I was with a group of friends at this new hookah bar, that opened near my house. We get to the hookah bar and are seated by this HB Blonde 10 that worked the front. All the guys that were with us were commenting about how hot she was. They just couldn't get over it. All of them were crowding around her talking to her. One of them even tried to "woo" her with his money. He owns a limo bussiness and told her that the next time he comes he would give her a ride in his limo. She say "no thank you". I shook my head.. I went up to her and started talking about the hookah bar, and how nice it looked. She offered me a free promotional sticker, I told her to pick me out her favorite. I got a yellow one. We talked a few more minutes.. found out she goes to the same school as me. Found out her major.. blah blah blah... The night ended with my limo friend "trying" one last time. This time he gave her his bussiness card... I don't know do you think he was trying WAYY to hard? Yeah I think so....

Last night I took two (girl) friends there. We get there and I started talking with the girl at the front, a very cute brunette. I get her laughing a bit. Joked about how we didn't see the small sign with their "holiday hours".. said something scarcastic about "forgetting how to read for a few minutes".. she ate it up.. We get seated and placed an order. The HB 10 is working in the back, I see her come by and she says hi to me and she noticed my two very cute latin friends with me.. My two friends were confused saying things like "Do you know her?".."Whose she?" I told them I met her last night they both smiled. So later, I got up and went over to where the blonde was making hookah:

Me: "Your name is (her name), right?"
Her: "Yes it is, you have a good memory".
Me: "Thank you"..
Her: "What's your name?"
Me: "Verbal Kent" (not my real name obviously)
I give her a hard handshake ( I really need to stop doing that and start giving high fives)

I told her that the girls I was with are choking on some of the hookah and could we place another order of something else..."No problem", she says

Throughout the course of the night the HB Blonde comes by to check on us. We placed another order, I told her to sit down next to me so I could show her on the hookah menu what we wanted.. she sat down next to me and wrote down the order..
(an hour later..)
Finally we leave and she sees me.. I hear her scream out.. "Bye Verbal".. I shot back "later (her name)"..

So I don't know guys what do you think??? I did show her a little social proof by coming in there with two very cute girls.. What should be my next step here.. I mean she works there and all.. it's going to be more difficult to get her away from her work for a second to snag a number..

Any ideas???
