if you get a bar full off hot woman ur only cliental will be dudes hitting on them, if you get a mixed good lookin bar staff it will attract many more people.

bar staff should be energetic and fun, dance adn throw around drinks.. hav a chat with most people and add to a fun SPAM..

im imagining the beach bar from "cocktail" on a larger scale lots of decking palms etc. hammocks would be fun for all the pissheads.
