There you go that is all you need to get the sexiest women you'll come across. There is too much theory to pick up and not enough just genuine, congruent, confident human interaction, that is all it takes to be good at picking up women, don't complicate things.

I've found this to be excellent advice over the years. Particularly his #3. One issue that caliber of woman faces is too many guys don't really listen to her, they wait for their turn to talk while thinking about how pretty she is. My style is to find something in a normal conversation they have an emotional connection in and expand on it. Listen to what they have to say, and offer feedback.
I also liked Gun's advice especially how he broke down the social differences and mindsets of 7's, or 10's. A 10 to you might be different than a 10 to him or me or any other guy where you are socializing. A girl you think is a 10 she may think she's only a 7. Her local society make think she's an 8. You can switch the numbers around however you want.
Someone mentioned that 10's rarely get hit on b/c guys are timid of them and I can somewhat agree where I am. An 8 might be more approachable than a 10 in some instances b/c some guys feel they have no chance with a 10, or don't have the confidence to look them in the eye and speak without drawing blanks or getting nervous. One major difference is, society has defined a 10, to herself, and even if she doesn't get hit on as often as an 8 in her location, she knows it's b/c she's so hot guys are timid so she feels like she can get any guy she wants and that the right guy will eventually approach.
The best advice I can give you if that's the only caliber of woman that will satisfy you is to do things that make yourself stand out among other men. The better they look, generally the more quality of guys in quantity they have chasing them. Imagine the prettiest TV star or famous model you can think of. Chances are, you won't ever sleep with someone that caliber in physical appearance let alone marry it. But like Gun mentioned, there are still women out there a notch or 2 under that you can acquire who you would be happy with and they would like you. There's women out there even for the pickiest of guys which I am, who may not have universal sex appeal to everyone but you would find her features attractive. For me, I'm big on body type. I like slim ,toned girls, with tight butts and big boobs and body is the first thing I notice. I am happy with that if the face is a "girl next door" cute look, not necessarily an exotic cindy crawford look. some guys like a different more exotic face and different personality but are happy with a thick butt, thick legs and small chest which I don't find attractive.
