When you're ready for the kiss, but not quite sure if you can push yourself over the edge, that's when you use his gambit . . . "you're driving me crazy right now" . . . she says "why?" . . . you say "cause I want to kiss you so bad", most likely she will say either "why don't you" or "then do it". BAM. Close it.
Tripp,
I'm not doubting you at all but just want to know your theory behind saying this. Is it not being semi AFC or is this a perfectly reasonable line to use?
It's all in the body language man. You smile, you show her that you are confident in yourself. You should be triggering in her mind that you are not wanting to push her to do something she's not ready for. Hence, the question. Of course, she's already wondering about what it would be like to kiss you. Then you pop the question and her senses start racing, because she KNOWS its coming then.
a slight variation:
Her: Why?
You: Cause I'm trying so hard not to kiss you right now.
From my perspective, this tells her that I am in control. No matter
how much she is driving me crazy and that I want to kiss her, it is
me that is deciding when it will happen.
Also, you're being direct and not beating around the bush.
