I got an awesome frame on me today guys, I'm so excited about it, I just want to tell people about it!

It kinda happened in an epiphany style hit this morning. I was talking to Lioness last night on MSN and said to her,

"I'm gonna let you organise our plans for this week."
"Oh, Wilde, do you have something planned!?"
"Maybe "
"Oooh, what is it?"
"You don't need to know anything right now, all you need to do is give me an evening this week, and you need to let me know by tomorrow night which one it's gonna be."
"Ok babe, i'll do my bestest."

I know she has work experience for 2 weeks starting today so I'm still playing it cool. My frame is this,

"I'm a busy guy, with a life to lead, and she'll get some of my time if I feel like calling her or I see her online when I am. I'll always be positive when talking to her, and i'm not going to pressure her into things, like meeting up with me, I know she'll give me her time when she can. When I do see her, I take control over what we're doing, maintain a healthily high level of kino all throughout and show her a good time."

My BIG problem here, and i'm pretty sure it's the one problem that will sort everything else out once I find a solution to it, is this:

I suck at keeping casual convo going between seeing her. I don't know how many times to talk to her per week. I don't know whether I should be calling her or talking to her online (MSN or facebook). I don't know what to say in conversations with her without constantly mentioning seeing her next and coming across as needy. Should I talk to her just to chat or only to make arrangements to see her?

If you can give me your advice on this matter I will be eternally grateful.

I read a funny, and pretty useful, thing once. A wise man said "don't stay on the phone with a girl longer than you can make love to her".
So, I keep 5 min max conversation with her
But seriously, my advice is to do it once, twice max a week, phone and MSN together.
I tend to avoid internet convos, they don't convey body language at all. THe phone is at least a bit better at that, your tone of voice is very important.
Keep the conversations pretty short, and ALWAYS make sure that you're the first one to hang up, with something like "ok, I'll have to let you go, I got some things I got to take care of. I'll talk to you later".
