I have read a bit about the whole nofap thing lately. Alot of the time when i think about pick up i try to reference it in regards to how caveman/cavewomen would have acted.

A Caveman : Prehistoric, sleep, hunt, eat, fuck, wear loincloth kind of man.

I personally dont think Cavemen would have masturbated. I think at our most primitive, the human mind is centered around survival and procreation and any energy was used to do one of the above mentioned activities. No time would be spared to pleasure ones self.

Therefore physiologically; masturbation is unnatural. Im not debating if its good for you or not, just if it is actually in our genetic makeup.
