| Long Term Comfort is a good name for it, mind if I use it?
LTC, as you put it, is why we befriend men first. Frankly, no matter how good you are at tooling and AMOG theory, if a guy is the brother, or one of the girls Boyfriends, you can't break up the strong relationship and comfort that have without previous information on the group, and manipulating the situation to your advantage.
I tend to find with a good amount of field sense and experience you can tell which guy you need to win over and supplicate too. Some PUA's call this Social Circle Game where you can have more than one Alpha in a group, and as long as you establish him and yourself as an Alpha, you can both tool and run the group.
I normally find these Natural Alpha's who have LTC do not attempt to run the group, but the group supplicates to him.
The harder part is another form of Alpha who the group rotates around when he turns it on, think a PUA or a guy who is a super extrovert but is talking to a girl or having a one on one, if you step on his territory he can tool you out before you know it. He can simply have a lot more group compliance than you will off the open, and this guy will stop you before you get to Qualification and stop you before a girl gets invested into you.
I find with this latter type, you still try normal Group Theory and win him over, and if not go for a mini - isolation and just number close, even if flaky. It builds a little investment. Then re-open later with another set, mixed, all girls, or what ever, by merging. It adds Value and gives the guy too much stimuli to control.
The worst mistake is waiting for the guy to get distracted or to leave. I notice in these situations you instantly shut yourself down as he knows what you are doing. If you have enough field sense to handle that interrupt it can be good, but it is not a very teachable skill. Its one you gain by experience.
