I was just wondering how a pua could outgame a celeb and take his girlfriend's # and keep the celeb from taking his girl since they already have higher social status than the average guy.

Nice question one of the best answer I can give you is one of the first Chapters of Neil Strauss's The Game when Mystery opens up a set with Scott Baio in it and gets his GF's #. Scott even makes the comment "I can't believe this he's stealing my girlfriend right in front of me." :)
