What time of year/season is best/worst for getting laid?

Location: Northern Virginia
Hey, newbie here. I'm 22 years old, from Northern VA/Washingon DC area and I have a simple question.

What time of year is the best and worst for easy pick-ups? Are there particular times of the year when women are starving for manmeat and are there other times where pick-ups are particulary difficult? Any insight/personal experience would be greatly appreciated. :wink:
