I have developed an exercise for myself that has helped my ability to create original Negs spontaneously and consciously reshape or 'reframe' my instincts when I see an attractive woman. Hopefully this is helpful for some of you as well...

1. Go to a night club website that has a gallery of photos that includes lots of beautiful women customers and/or "Hired Guns".

2. As you look at each image try to invent a Neg specific to that girl as quickly as possible. If the photo is of multiple women, then swiftly decide who your target is and quickly invent a Neg.

EXAMPLE:
PHOTO - A hot girl wearing large, round shiny earrings.
NEG - "Geez, look at those things. I better go make sure the rims aren't missing on my Jeep."

3. Initially, don't worry about the quality of the Neg. Just focus on coming up with a spontaneous Neg specific to your target in the picture. With time and practice the Negs will become more clever and humorous.

REFRAMING YOUR INSTINCTS
Repeating this exercise often has begun to train my mind to immediately think of negs when I see an attractive woman. My prior instincts were nervousness and anxiety.

WHY USE PHOTOS OF GIRLS IN NIGHT CLUBS?
Actually you can use any photos of women that you find attractive. I choose to use photos from night clubs because it is as close to the real thing as I can get without being there. It helps me associate my new instincts with the environment as well as the women.
