If you don't have to be to work until 10 you wake up at nine normally, you shoudl instead get up at 8 every day and start building your self up...REason why is that pua's don't just need regular self esteem they need good self esteem, so if you have low self-esteem from regularly then your giving everyone else in the world ahead start. I wake up every morning and I watch some pua then go into some high confidence meditation routines, and I dont even have low self esteem, I just need help having good self esteem(high self esteem) so this isnt just to low guys but to guys that are just at the regular level like me. Reason being is that normally when you wake up even though you had high self esteem and killed in the field the other day, you kinda start to have doubts of your abilities again...but if your build yourself back up you don't have to worry about having a sudden loss of confidence in the field...HOw did I happen apon this? Not from reading a bunch of self help articles, its because i'm a winner and I want to recognize what winners do sub-conciously...because I didn't realize I did this everyday until this morning and i ABSOLUTELY kill in the field. SO I hope this helps.

I personally only wake up 30 minutes earlier and thats about 10 because I dont have to be to school to 1130

I totally agree, dude.

It's amazing what an extra hour in the morning for Physical and Mental training will do to your general demeanor, self esteem and confidence.

I really pity the other guys in class who come in half asleep and barely pay attention... let alone pick up any chicks.

makes perfect sense, but throw me a bone, i have an 8AM class this semester, now thats early as fuck as im used to starting at 10 and 11:30

so i have to wake up at like 6:30, i havent woken up at that time since high school at that was 3 years ago

it going to hard enough as it is, so waking up like at 6 or 5:30 is going to be insane and i dont know if i can make that happen knowing i go to sleep around 12 or 1 when i have class the next day

because of that on my work clothing i always have amazing self esteem. puts me ahead of the game without even trying :wink:

I start work at 7am and I already have issues with being up that earl in the morning. I would like to get up at 6am, but being a night person I usually get to bed late and there's no way I'm gonna lose any bit of sleep I can squeeze out of the morning, so I'm usually in bed till 6:30.

If I didn't have class till 11:30, then I'd definitely agree though, cause when my shift starts at noon, I'm usually up around 10 and listening to music and hanging out with my roommates and it does get you great energy for the day.

yup good idvice

I've been tryin to get up early for months now (usually aim for 6:30 or 7) with varying degrees of success but when i have actually got up early its payed off, it sets the tone for the day

and lately ive started listening to audiobooks (NLP mostly) or watching PUA videos in the morning, i find it really helpful.

What are these high confidence meditation routines? What do you do?

I really must agree and think this would give almost anybody an extra boost in the morning. I dont have low self esteem either but I think an extra boost could just send me through the roof! lol
