The statement he made and where it comes from is why the statement needed to be made. You speak about the direct problem his problem is personal, the statement he made was quite false. The reason it seemed personal is because where he was coming from. It is ridiculous mentality to think that rejection isn't a necessary part of development. I'm not going to allow someone to lie to the rookies around simply because he doesn't understand reality, human behavior, and personal development.

The basic truth is rejection is merely a lesson throughout your development. Success is the motivator, rejection is NOT a demotivator but a lesson to teach you to be aware of certain things you may have done incorrectly. That said when you gain core self-confidence NOTHING needs to be changed about you but your behavior and rejection is simply lessons along your development.
