So basically this girl at the local Star-b is smokin hot. Being that it is a star-b, it is always busy. I found out her name frm one of her co-workers. Her name is Amanda. I'd avoid the name using with people behind counters, unless you get it from her, or over-act looking at her name tag in a cock/funny way. When you are the person behind the counter and someone walks up and starts using your name without you having given it to them, it feels creepy and like they've infringed on your personal space. I've worked in several places where I was behind the counter with a name tag and it always bugged me and a lot of girls would come to me and tell me about the "creepy guy over there that just used my name".

Tell her that she makes a half decent cup of coffee and you could put her to work at home. It's an ambiguous statement that is a bit flirty and can be interepreted however she feels most comfortable. Just make sure you say it with a laugh in your voice and a smile on your face.
