The same way you'd pick up a non-celebrity. There is an article I read about a guy picking Paris Hilton and using The Cube on her. He didn't do anything special at all, he acting like he didn't even know who she was.

If you haven't read "The Game" yet, you should. Some good stuff on picking up celebs (and stealing a girlfriend from one) in there. Use the same approach as with any HB10, assuming she is. This is the one place where using negs is almost always appropriate.
