This is tricky one. Lot depends on how close her and your ex are. If they are good friends you can f close her much easier then have an LTR with her. If you were/are good lover, your ex shared her sexual experince with with you with all her close friends. Now that you are solo, they most probably want to try you. Its usually quite an easy game.

If you just recently broke up, none of them don`t want to have anything with you cause: 1) your ex probably told them lot of bad stuff about you
2) there is still chance for U2 to get back together, and she don`t want to ruin friendship over you
