Alright so I've made up this technique because my family always does this with friends etc. and it gave me the idea for this kiss close. It's called the French Salute.

This can only be done when you leave a set, or at the end of a date. You say "When I say goodbye I always do this". Then kiss her on the cheek, and go to the other cheek and let her approach to see if she is agreeing with it. Then stay extremely close to her face and say, "and one on the mouth" with a devilish smile. They almost always make out with you, but if they don't they always peck you. I have never been refused a kiss with this method, however I have been refused to do the french salute.

Also make sure to wrap your hand around her hand or bicep while you do the french salute.
