Basically

Flys = plane
floats = boat
fucks= woman

The meaning of why to rent a plane is because if you buy a plane it is expensive. You arnt going to have time to use it that much and when you are not using it you have to store it somewhere. Which is going to cost you even more money. After about ten years, technology is going to change and your plane is going to be obsolete to the new technology and you are just going to lose out on the deal.

The meaning of why to rent a boat is because it is the same concept as the plane

The meaning behind the woman is the same concept as the plane but this time you lose half of everything you own if buy it.
