Well, honestly any David D program that I have seen is good. He's a little boring at times, but if you can stick with it and plow through that stuff, getting to the "meat" of his stuff you WILL learn good stuff. I've probably seen that one, but I'm not sure, but I will say that any of David D.'s stuff is good.
