Hi

I am new here. I know a HB from work... about a 9. I speak to her loads.. moslty on msn messenger :*(.

She is really flirtatious with everyone. At first i thought she was keen after all my CF but it seems she acts that way with everyone.

How do i handle this situation and how do I tell if she is really giving IOI or just being her flirtatious self?

I need to make 100% sure before i do anything because I do have to see her everyday at work. How do you handle flirtatious girls in general ?

Any comments would be much appreciated.

I advise against going for girls that close to you. Roomates and co-workers are problems for when you are done together.

Don't shit where you eat, There are thousand of girls you have neglected to approach just like her, but there is only one you. so like i said dont shit where you eat. best thing you could do is just be as interseted in all your coworkers as you are in her, be the leader of men. if everyone loves you and she is interested, let her stick her neck out.

A girl who randomly puts herself out there and flirts with EVERYONE tends to be needy. And they do this because they are looking for attention. So pull out ignore her, she will notice you are the only one not paying attention to her. Especially in such a small work SPAM. She will then wonder " whats up with him" and pay more attention to you. This is when you start gaming her. If she doesnt then she simply isnt interested and shes just a show off and an attention grabber MOVE ON.

Nicely said! I agree, flirt/be interested in all (or most) female co-workers. Use them as practice.
